Q.1)If a car is moving towards north direction so its wheel exerts a force at the point of the contact of the surface in the backward direction(south direction) while it is rotating. Clearly the frictional (rolling) force between the surfaces will act in the direction opposite to the exerted force that is in the north direction.
In view of above, can it be possible to conclude that if a car is moving in the north direction then the frictional force will also act in the same direction?
