3. Appeasement policy of the Political Parties:
Lust for vote-catching on the part of nearly all the political parties added fuel to the fire. The enbloc voting of Muslim in favour of them is attributed mostly to the pro-Muslim policies of the governments at the centre and in states. In Kerala, the Congress Party had an alliance with the Muslim League.

NO obstacles in domestic duties:
It is true that the proper place for women is home but it does not affect their duties on the domestic front. Elections are held after every four or five years and they do not have to give much time to cast their votes.
