Isnt this answer wrong as if NIT is an example of transfer payments by citizens to government without reference to any direct benefit in return then subsidies should also be transfer income by government to citizens as the citizens dont give any direct benefit to government in returm???

The expenditure on maintainance of a building by a firm is a part of Intermediate Consumption and hence not included In NI
But from the point of view of the organisation which does this maintainance work it is an income for them received from rendering of productive services hence it should be included in NI
But if the same expenditure is incurred by a private household then shouldnt it be a part of Private Final Consumption Expenditure
So how to tackle these questions?????

Indian official working in indian embassy in USA is a part of domestic territory of India as well as a normal resident of india hence his income will be included in domestic income
US official working in indian embassy in USA is a part of domestic territory of India but he is NOT a normal resident of India hence his income will be included in NET FACTOR INCOME TO ABROAD
