In a women mestrual cycle occurs in 37 days on which day ovulation will takes place? I have seen the solution for this question in which it was given 37-14 = 23, but i didn't understood why we are subtracting 14 is it because on 14 day ovulation takes place?

Then in in the end, Can I write,
that thought there are some disadvnatages of art or it may not be succesful completely, but still it has proven that with time medical science bring new oppurtunities, hopes and rays for persons who are hopeless such as infertile couple, and it will bring in the coming future too to make the world more healthier.
Well Would it be good if i write about advantages first in my line, and talk of disadvantage latter, because the word disadvangate can create disinterest of the user or else writing it at the end will leave a negative impact??
