Q. This is my answer regarding the topic "Women Leadership n the UAE". Please check if it is correct??

“As the pipeline of female talent continues to expand, it is up to corporate stakeholders to make the business case in investing in women and act as catalysts for change.” This was notified to the public by Doctor Leila Hoteit who works as the Partner and Managing Director, Boston Consulting Group.

Women play a significant role in the progress in the UAE. They are encouraged by men in both private and public sectors. The reason for this is that women no longer are hooked to their houses due to the obstacle of religion. In fact, many institutions and companies are led by women. Hence, women take up leadership in different fields. Moreover, it is mandatory for a woman representative to be included in the public and private sectors.

Compared to countries such as the US, the UAE is “Far ahead” in terms of including women in leadership positions, is reported in “The National”. A recent study published in the Harvard Business Review found that the single most important factor in making a team more successful was the presence of additional women.

Hind Al Falasi, a 27 – year – old Emirati who has worked in aerospace for more than two years, said women made up more than 60% of the workforce in her company.  Shouldn’t we be proud that women have come up this far in the UAE and that now they are able to stand up for themselves? If you ask me, I wouldn’t think for a second, my answer for sure would be a big “Yes”.

Please tell if there is any corrections to be made. Please??
