Q.Read this news item. New Delhi, 29 July; Constable Pawan Singh of the Timarpur police station rescued three women and a nine-year- old boy from drowning in the Yamuna this morning. People thronged the Ram Ghat near Wazirabad Bridge to take a dip in the river on the auspicious occasion of Sawan Amavasya. The three women and the boy, holding each others' hands, slipped on the river bank and fell into the strong current. Constable Pawan Singh, on duty with seven other constables, jumped into the river, risking his own life. He first pulled out one woman while the boy hung around his throat. He later pulled out the other two women, one by one.
Imagine you are Pawan Singh. Write a letter to your friend telling him/her how you saved the three women and the boy from drowning.
