The company has a network with dealers. Intitially the demand for the event was quite high because of the quality, therefore the company did not pay attention to provide after sales service and maintaining relationships with dealers. As a result demand for oven started decling .the marketing director of the company took note of this step demand for oven started increasing . 2.       Ashima joined a company as a sales representative. She was very hardworking and impressed the marketing manager with her work.
