Dear Student,

2) Statistics is a tool that explains the characteristics of a population/Universe with a single value. Therefore, statistics can be regarded as science of averages.

 3) Statistics refers to the aggregates or averages that relate to an enquiry or some relationship. Such aggregates facilitate the presentation of data in a simplified manner. Besides presentation, statistics also enable a reader to make comparison among two or more variables. On the contrary to this, statistics also involve some limitations which often lead to the situation of distrust on statistics (i.e not trusting on the outcomes of statistics)  and its methods. Distrust on statistics simply means limitations of statistics which resulted in mark of statistics as a lie.

I want to make an humble request to you. As here in this thread, you have asked five questions altogether. This makes our indexing mechanism inefficient. Thus, we hereby request you to ask a single question in a single thread. This will be highly beneficial for our other students to go through your questions. Please abide by this from the next time on.
