AND WOOL ( PASHMINA ). WHY ?
1. It is because quilt filled with wool is very much expensive as compared to quilt filled with cotton. As cotton is a plant product and wool is an animal product.
2. Silk is obtained from silkworm, pashmina is obtained from sheep. Animal right activists argue that every animal has right to live. We kill silkworm to obtain silk, we give great pain to sheep while obtaining wool. It is unethical and hence should be stopped.
