1) The types of Bills are: Public bills introduced by a minister and a private bill, introduced by a private members.
2) Money bill can be introduced only in the Lok Sabha, and the Rajya Sabha can only give recommendations. If there is no response from the Rajya Sabha, within 14 days, the bill is deemed to have been passed.
3) A Bill (non-money), introduced in any of the two houses, must be passed by both the houses and then goes to the President for his assent. Only after the President gives his assent does the bill become a Law.
