draw a line AB of length 3
5 cm and then from A marc an arc on extendedBA of any length and then it will cut the line at M,N as shown and now from point M take any arc of length more than half the length of arc MN and mark an arc on upper side and repeat same process from N and they will cut at any point on upper side and now draw the line AD of length 2
7 cm crossing the arc and it is point D
 In this way you have calculated angle between AB and AD as 90 degree
  Now from point B mark an arc of length 4 cm and from point D an arc of 6 cm , the point where these will cut is point C and join BC and DC to get the quadrilateral
