The induced emf in both the coils will be same as 

e = -dΦ/dt = Bωsinωt

Since B and ω are same for both the cases, induced emf will be same.

Induced current, I = e/R

It will depend on the value of resistance, lower the resistance higher will be the current. The current will be diffrent in both the cases.
