2.What are norms? Explain its importance?

Dear Student,

Standards or norms give request in the public eye. It is hard to perceive how human culture could work without accepted practices. Individuals need standards to manage and coordinate their conduct, to give request and consistency in friendly connections and to sort out and comprehension of one another's activities. These are a portion of the reasons why a great many people, more often than not, adjust to normal practices. There are norms defining appropriate behavior for every social group. For example, students, neighbors and patients in a hospital are all aware of the norms governing behavior. And as the individual moves from one group to another, their behavior changes accordingly.
On a social level, bunch standards have the accompanying reason: The guideline and coordination of the cooperations and exercises of gathering individuals. The standards help these associations and exercises occur in a precise manner. They help stay away from mayhem and struggle.

Regards.
