There is seen a general trend in the periodicity of elements:
1. Moving across the period (Left to Right)-
Ionization energy increases
Electronegativity increases
Electron affinity increases
Atomic Radius decreases
2. Moving from up to down the group-
Ionization energy decreases
electronegativity decreases
Electron affinity decreases
