2A + B --------> C+D In this reaction, if we double the concentration of A, reaction rate becomes two times. And in another experiment if we double the concentration of both A and B, reaction rate again become two times. What is the order of the reaction?

its a 3rd order reaction ..

the order with respect to A is 2 and with respect to B is 1 ..

So, it looks like the rate is dependent on A and doubles when you double A, but is independent of B since doubling that (while doubling A) still only doubles reaction rate. So it would be first order in A and zero order in B

In this reaction if we double the concentration of a reaction rate becomes two times and other experiment with all the concentration of a and b reaction later can becomes to time what is order of reaction
