Proteins are the most important nutrient. They are called body building food because they help in the growth and repair of our body.they are very essential for our brain to work faster and always provide us with energy. We get protein from milk,eggs, meat,etc.

Iodized salt have a nutrient needed in your diet to prevent iodine deficiency which lead to goiter, congenital hypothyroidism and other health problems.

People who engage in more physical activity are less likely to develop coronary heart disease.People who are more active are less likely to be overweight or obese. Sitting too much may cause a decrease in skeletal muscle mass. Physical inactivity is linked to high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol levels.

The leaves in Cactus are modified into spines, this feature helps to reduce transpiration and also protects the plant from grazing animals.
