Let there are x pastries
Percentage of durain puffs = 49%
Sum of percentages of custard puffs and chocolate puffs = 100
– 49 = 51%
Ratio of chocolate puffs to custard puffs = 5:12
Sum of the parts of the ratio is 5 + 12 = 17

294
Number of custard puffs = 36 × 6 =
