GIVEN: m=50 kg , distance = 30 m 

Work done = force ×distance 
Force = mg 
F = 50×9.8 = 490 N
Work done = 490×30 = 14700 J
Kinetic energy at ground = potential energy at maximum height  =mgh
Kinetic energy = 50×9.8×30 = 14700 Joules 
We know that kinetic energy = 12mv2
v=2KEm=2×1470050
v= 24.24 m/s
