Given, the melting point of cooking oil is 10 ^oC, that means below  10 ^oC the oil will be in solid phase and above it oil will be liquid phase.
Similarly, if the boiling point is 240 ^oC, then above it oil will be in gaseous phase and below it will be in liquid phase.

thus, at 5 ^oC oil will be solidified and at 250 ^oC oil will be converted into gaseous phase.
