Fried food contains a lot of unsaturated fat (as we fry it) which forms cholesterol in our body. High level of cholesterol deposits in the arteries near our heart and impedes the proper functioning of heart. However, steamed food is free of unsaturated fats and is not harmful for our body.

If we take a food item and fry it it should contain more oil (fat) than the stemmed food so stemmed food it a good choice
