Dear student,
Observation 3, 5 and 6 are wrong.
In 3 observation the object is kept at 2f so image is also formed at 2f=40
In 5th, When object is kept between f and 2f image is formed beyond 2f , so v should have to be more than 40
In the 6th observation the object is between pole and focus and the image cannot be formed at the other side of the screen, it forms on the same side of the object only.
