99.9 percent of base sequence among humans is the same. Assuming human genome as 3x109 base pairs, in how many base sequences would there be differences?

Dear student,
99.9 percent of base sequence are same in human only 0.1 percent is different. Total genome size is 3 x 109, therefore 0.1 percent of 3 x 109 is 3 x 106. So, total 3 x 106 base pair difference is found in human genome of genome size 3 x 109.
