(i)   The purpose of resistor is to stop current means to slow the flow of electric current.
(ii)  As we know,
       P = V2 / R
       12 = (6)2 / R
       12 = 36 / R
       R = 36 / 12
       R = 3 Ω
​(iii) Now, I = ?
      V = 12 V
      R = 3 Ω
​      I = V / R
      I = 12 / 3
      I = 4 Ampere
