a car with a mass 1200kg is travelling at a speed of 70km/h.suddenly the brakes are applied causing all the tyres to skid.how far will the car travel before coming to rest?given coefficient of friction =0.2

normal force N=mg=1200*10=12000N
Frictional force = N*x          (where x is frictional coeffeicient)
                          =12000*0.2=2400N
retardation caused due to friction=2400/1200=2m/s2
v2-u2=2aS
or,S=(v2-u2)/2a= - 4900/2*-2
= 1225m
This seems impossible that a car skids 1225 m after applying brakes. As retardation is provided only by friction and the cars engine retardation is not provided in the question.
