b) the semiconductor material should have high absorption of
light i e light of specific wavelength should be able to penetrate
a large distance because larger the distance penetrated more will
be probability of light striking a atom having electrons in it,s
outer most shell , the band gap should be less so that less energy
is required for detachment of electron and it's manufacturing
should be simple Any material satisfying above properties can be
