As given E=rate of change of magnetic flux.

E=B.A/T

(Here Time T will be the time taken by the rod,because in this time,emf rises from peak to zero)

Also W=2(pi)/T,so T=2(pi)/W

E=B.(pi)L(square)/T

E=B.(pi)L(square)/2(pi)/W

so, E=BWL(square)/2

(I am sorry that it has become complicated because the subscripts are not working on my computer).
