If the input current is 220 V then what will be the output current?

Power, voltage and resistance are related as

P = V²/R

P = 220 X 220/ 10000 = 4.84 W

Now power P, voltage and current are related as

P = VI
I = P/V = 4.84/220 = 0.02 ampere.
