goods and services that can be produced with fuller utilisation of
a given amount of resources in the most efficient way and with a
given production technology

Now due to â€‹implementation
of Swacch Bharat Abhiyaan, Technology upgradation, hiring more
employees more production would be there and as a result the firm
may move from a point inside PPC to a point towards or on
PPC
