 Initial Velocity = u = 0.3 ms-1

 Final Velocity = v = 0.1 ms-1

 Acceleration = Force / Mass = 0.04 / 1 = 0.04 ms-2

 Distance = s = ?

 By v2 = u2 + 2as

(0.01)2 =  (0.03)2 + 2 x 0.04s

 0.0001 = 0.0009 + 0.08s

 0.0001 / 0.08 = 0.0009 + s

 0.00125 - 0.0009 = s

 s = 0.00035

 The distance travelled by the body is 0.00035 m
