It forms the basis of management and fosters communication among various departments and individuals in the organisation. Now, to ensure a high degree of accuracy in the meaning delivered by the message and the speed of delivery of the message, both oral as well as written messages must be used. This will lead to better interaction and faster results in the organisation.
