in this figure, Nucleus is near the periphery and the central area is vacant which seems like a vacuole, so its a plant cell.
(a) A= Vacuole, B=  Golgi apparatus, C = figure is not clear, it might be chloroplast or mitochondria i'll go with chloroplast when you compare size, so C is chloroplast
(b) Vacuole stores food material, nutrients, waste material etc
(c) Chromosomes are located inside the nucleus.
(d) Golgi apparatus (dictyosome)
