Dear Sunil,
I received your letter and was shocked to read it. I know you studied very hard for your exams but you failed. This is a great blow to you and your family. You had some plans after your result and now this will act as a set back. But my friend, running away from home is not going to solve your problem.
Think about your parents. They will be heart broken if you run away. You are their only son and they have pinned all their hopes on you. If you run away who will take care of them? And how is running away going to help you in life? Instead of hiding yourself, turn around and face the adversity.
You must learn to fight back at times of difficulty. Try to collect yourself and start again. Not much is lost yet, but if you run away, you will ruin your whole life.
Prepare for your exam again and this time write the exam with a new determination and you will surely pass. I can help you whenever you need me. Let us sit together everyday and study. I am free for a few weeks now till the college starts and so I can help you out.
Please stop having negatives thoughts and start again. Hope to see you in your usual mood and not depressed.
