Dear Student

its my pleasure to tell you that I am going to visit you in these holidays.i have planned to visit Delhi as I want to learn about the city

I have already made the arrangements for my arrival at delhi on 26th December. the train willdepart here, from Mumbai amanzoori railway station at 9:30 am and I am to leave home at 9:00 am. the west coast express will reach there by 11:00am on 27th December and I request you to pick me up from there.

hope you will come there and if any delay I shall call you and inform you.
