Dear Student, Power = 40 kW = 40000 W , Force = 20,000 N  As, Power= force x velocity         ∴  40,000 = 20,000 x v         ⇒ v = 40,000/ 20,000         ⇒ v = 2 m/s Therefore at the speed of 2 m/s speed can raise a loud of 20,000 N.  Regards
