Given  : A man buys balloons 3 for a rupee , So

Cost price of a balloon = 13 rupee 

And , He sells them at 2 for a rupee , So

Selling price of a balloon = 12 rupee 

So,

Gain percentage  = 12 - 1313×100 = 3 - 2613×100= 1613×100= 16×31×100 = 1002 = 50 %                         ( Ans )
