A man who is eating curd/yoghurt can be placed in which trophic level and why?

As human being eats various types of food, he can be placed at any trophic level considering the food he is consuming. Here a man is eating curd/yoghurt so he must be placed in fourth trophic level if we consider the food chain like this    

 Plants -->  cow –>  milk –> bacteria (changing milk into curd) –>  man.
