A mobile phone user gets an 'uninterupted link to talk' while walking.Give Reason.(plzz answer quick)

the communication channel is around in the area of  network  .  you walk or run it does not matter if you are  in  the reach of the mobile tower the signal can be detected by the phone. so it is not a constraint . each area has its own tower.
