a moving coil galvanometer shows deflection of 100 divisions when 20A current is passed through it. If resistance of galvanometer coil is 50 ohm, find voltage sensitivity of galvanometer.

potential drop across galvanometer = (current through it) x (resistance)
                                                         = (20 x 50) V
                                                         = 1000 V
100 division coresspond to 1000 V
100 div -> 1000 V
1 div -> 1000/100 V = 10 V
voltage sensivity = 10 V

@Yashul Aggarwal ..you did the reverse. It's deflection by potential across the galvanometer.
