A negatively charged metal sphere is fixed to a wooden stand. What will happen if it is

1. touched by a neutral glass rod

2. touched by a metal rod.

1) When a metal sphere is touched by the neutral glass  rod then no charge  will be induced on the glass rod.
But when a metal rod is brought near to the metal sphere then equal and opposite charge would induced on the metal rod.
