a paper clip is lying in a thin pipe of plastic.How can we take it out from the pipe without moving the pipe upside down?

Paper clips are generally made of iron. Take a magnet and then attract the paper clip with it. When it is done move the magnet towards on end of the plastic pipe till it comes out of it.
