First convert 41/2 and 31/5 into decimal form
41/2=2.05m
31/5=6.2m
Then add the numbers (2.05 and 6.2)
2.05 + 6.2 = 8.25
Then subtract 8.25 from 10m ( 10.00m in decimal )
10.00-8.25=1.75m
check:-
1.75+2.05+6.20= 10m
