Wavelength, λ = 25 cm = 0.25 m

Speed of sound wave, v = n x λ
v = 4000 x 0.25 = 1000 m/s


Distance, s = 1.2 km = 1200 m
t = s/v
t = 1200/1000
t = 1.2 s

Time taken will be 1.2 seconds.
