At a depth of 100m the pressure is hdg + atmospheric pressure.
Hence total pressure = 100 x 1000x 10 + 1.0 x 10⁵ N/m².
 = 10⁶ + 1.0 x 10⁵ = 1.1 x 10⁵ N/m² 
Bulk Modulus = $K = \frac{p}{\left({\displaystyle \frac{∆V}{V}}\right)}$
Given
$\left(\frac{∆V}{V}\right) = \frac{1}{1000} = 0.1\%$
Hence 
$K = \left(\frac{11 \times {10}^5}{{\displaystyle \frac{1}{1000}}}\right) = 1.1 \times {10}^9 Pa$
