no.of mathematics books purchased = 42
no.of english books purchased =39
cost of mathematics books=rs.52
cost of english books=rs.40
total cost of math books = 42 x 52 =2184 rs.
total cost of english books=39 x 40=1560
1560 + 2184 = 3744
