a) acceleration of truck
b) distance travelled by truck in 10 seconds
acceleration
u = 4m/s
v = 16 m/ s
t = 10 seconds
a = v-u/t
=16 - 4/10
=12/10
=6/5 m/s2
distance travelled
s= ut + 1/2 at2
=4 * 10 + 1/2 * 6/5 *10*10
=40 + 60
=100 m
