According to book TR Jain , VK ohri the WPI (WHOLESALE PRICE INDEX) measured on monthly basis but CPI (CONSUMER PRICE INDEX) measured on weekly basis. Why ?

I want to correct you in this regard. Wholesale Price Index(WPI) is measured on weekly basis and Consumer Price Index(CPI) is measured on monthly basis.
