Volume is directly proportional to temperature (Charles law) but Pressure is inversely proportional to volume (Boyle law) ...hence as the balloon 🎈 goes higher pressure decreases, volume increases and with the increase in temperature volume further increase leading to the balloon to rise up in the sky .
