Advantages and disadvantages of textual presentation

Textual presentation of data means presenting data in a descriptive form.

The advantages of textual presentation are -
* It helps in comparison, along with detailed explanation.
* It is suitable if quantity of data is less.

The disadvantages of textual presentation are-
* It is not effective if quantity of data is large.
* It makes comparison of data time taking and ineffective, as one has to read the whole text to draw conclusions.
