After syngamy in plants, the ovules get converted into what?

If the fruit or flower is formed by parthenocarpy, and  ovules and ovary are not present then from which part the flower or fruit has been formed?

Dear student,

The process of union of two gametes as in fertilization or the fusion of two nuclei to form a single zygote is called syngamy. After syngamy the ovules get converted into the seed.

Parthenocarpy is the natural or artificially induced production of fruit without fertilization of ovules. Therefore, the fruit is seedless. In this process, the fruits produced are 'virgin fruits' i.e. they have no seeds.
