all are none law principle states what?

Solution:

All or none law is applicable to nerve fibres. It means that a stimulus should be strong enough for the response to occur. If the stimulus is less than the threshold then the process would not be started at all but if the stimulus is even slightly greater than the threshold then complete response would be shown. In other words the response is not dependent on the strength of the stimulus. According to this law the nerve fibre would either give a complete response or no response at all.
